Every part we produce undergoes rigorous build & inspection and verification to ensure it meets the most demanding customer specifications. Our Quality Assurance process is built on accuracy, documentation, and accountability — ensuring confidence from prototype to production.

  • We utilize advanced inspection tools including CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, and digital height gauges to verify dimensions down to the thousandth. Every measurement is documented for full traceability.

  • Quality control begins at the machine. Operators perform in-process inspections throughout each run, allowing for adjustments and guaranteeing that no defects move downstream.

  • Before any part leaves the floor, it undergoes a complete final inspection and sign-off. We verify dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances to ensure every order meets customer print and functional intent.

  • Each job is tracked through our internal system from raw material to shipment. Certificates of conformance, heat-treat records, and material certs are maintained for clients who require full documentation.

  • Our finishing and material partners — including Techmetals, Millennium Metals, and Winston Heat Treat — are selected for their proven quality systems and certifications, ensuring consistency across every phase of production.

  • We operate under a culture of continuous improvement, using data-driven feedback, audits, and corrective actions to elevate processes and maintain reliability across every order.

  • All measuring instruments are routinely calibrated and logged to maintain accuracy. Equipment maintenance schedules are strictly followed to preserve repeatability and eliminate variation.
